Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations in Carrollton, OH. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and water transfer systems supporting fracking and production activities.

No experience required; we train. Expect 12-hour shifts, travel to sites, and outdoor work in all weather. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in demanding environments.
• Oil & gas or water transfer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down pumps and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels and perform equipment checks.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs.
• Travel to job sites and overnight stays as required.
• Field-based - Full-Time; 12-hour shifts possible.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
