Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Troy, PA is seeking a Field Technician for Oil & Gas Operations/Water Operations to be hands-on in the field, setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems supporting fracking and production activities.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Expect 12-hour shifts, travel to sites (overnight as needed), and outdoor work in all weather. Join a safety‑conscious team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.
• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems.
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment.
• Monitor fluid levels and pressures; perform equipment checks.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow SOPs.
