Job summary

ClearWater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to perform field meter readings and data collection across residential and commercial sites in Greensboro, AL. The role requires reliable data entry, route management, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

The candidate should be able to operate a company vehicle, inspect meters, and perform basic maintenance on water lines. Weekend and on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 year of experience in water distribution preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to understand water systems and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work weekends, overtime and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Review service orders to determine meter reading locations.
• Read water meters and enter data in route logs.
• Maintain paperwork and logs per regulations.
• Inspect meters and connections for defects.
• Repair or replace broken water mains and service lines.
• Communicate meter issues to Project Manager.
• Operate company vehicle for meter readings on route.
• Connect and disconnect utility services as directed.
• Maintain utility log book accuracy.
• Perform general landscape maintenance as needed.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
