Job summary

PURIS in Colorado Springs is seeking a Construction Laborer to support trenchless rehabilitation projects. This role involves loading, unloading, and operating basic equipment, and collaborating with supervisors and crews to ensure safe, efficient work on sewer and stormwater lines.

A high school diploma is required; CDL preferred. The position offers $24-32 per hour plus a $1,000 bonus after 180 days and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical labor within outdoor construction.
• CDL license preferred but not required at entry level.
• Must pass drug test and have clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with supervisors and peers on water/sewer rehab projects.
• Direct equipment positioning and adjust machinery to site needs.
• Assist in setup/cleanup, lift 50+ lbs, and drive to job sites.
• Review permits and pre/post-installation videos; monitor safety.
