Window Nation is seeking a Field Technician to visit customer homes, measure windows/doors, and ensure installation specifications are met. You will support pricing with precise measurements and review projects with homeowners to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years measuring and installing replacement windows, with a valid driver’s license and a customer‑focused mindset. Opportunities include growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years measuring replacement windows.
• 2+ years installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential sites to measure windows and doors as needed.
• Ensure installation specifications and purchase orders are complete.
• Support pricing with accurate measurements for labor/materials.
• Review installation project with customers.
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions.
• Maintain service parts inventory and equipment.
• Complete service assessments and communicate needs to stakeholders.
• Operate ladders safely and follow EPA regulations.
