Job summary

Liberty Latin America is seeking a Field Technician, VPTO to install, maintain, and repair customer services across B2B and B2C accounts in Bequia. You will perform surveys, plan wiring routes, and support service turn-ups while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on field experience, strong knowledge of PBX and broadband/data systems, and the ability to train end-users on SMB voice/data solutions. Flex shifts and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in a related role with PBX voice and broadband/data systems.
• Technical college diploma or certificate in Electronics/Telecommunications.
• 5+ years in field technical role in telecommunications/ICT.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain B2B/B2C services and equipment.
• Provide on-site installation and maintenance support.
• Survey premises to plan wiring routes and meet environmental requirements.
• Train end-users on SMB portfolio products.
• Oversee contractor resources to meet KPIs and report performance.
• Document and update customer information and stock levels.
