Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Field Laborer for a short-term sewer manhole inspection project in Seguin, TX. The role involves outdoor, hands-on work with a team, supporting an experienced technician for about 4-5 weeks.

Responsibilities include using a camera system to locate and inspect sewer manholes, preparing sites, following safety protocols, and documenting data. Prior outdoor experience and safety training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Candidates with safety training (OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, etc.) are highly preferred.
• Preferred experience in hands-on outdoor settings and utility locating.

Responsibilities

• Assist in locating and inspecting sewer manholes using a camera system.
• Prepare the inspection site and clean up equipment after inspections.
• Follow proper safety procedures on all work sites.
• Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment as needed.
• Document work completed with field notes and data collection software.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
