Job summary

Vector Services is seeking a hands-on Sewer Inspection Operator to support field crews outdoors, traveling to job sites as needed. You will operate CCTV equipment, collect field data, and prepare inspection reports, contributing to safe, efficient utilities work.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players who can pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening, read construction signage, and work in varying weather conditions while upholding safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sewer inspection, construction, utilities, plumbing, or related field work preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction signage and safety warnings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate remote-controlled sewer camera equipment to inspect underground utility systems.
• Conduct CCTV inspections from street level and collect accurate field data.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and document findings.
• Assist specialty crews with labor support and field operations as needed.
• Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations while operating equipment.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to job sites as required.
