Job summary

Griffin Fluid Management in North Carolina is seeking a Field Technician to assist with installation, operation, and removal of sewer bypass pumping systems.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on field experience, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and a willingness to travel 75–90%. You will load, transport, and operate equipment and collaborate with the project team.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Travel 75–90% with occasional extended hours or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and remove sewer bypass pumping systems.
• Safely load and unload equipment and materials onto trucks and trailers and transport to site.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, pumps, and fusion machines.
• Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers, mini excavators, etc.
• Assist in maintaining orderliness of project site and/or shop and yard.
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervisor, and management.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of hands-on field experience
