Job summary

Satellites Unlimited is seeking a Field Technician to join our employee-owned team. You’ll install satellite TV and broadband equipment, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on smart home devices while delivering strong service and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $18/hour with raises to $19/hour after 3 months and $20/hour after 6 months; top performers can earn up to $35/hour. A company vehicle, fuel card, and tools are provided along with paid training and employee ownership.

Qualifications

• Entry level technician role suitable for individuals with mechanical aptitude and strong communication.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring products.
• Troubleshoot equipment and service issues.
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive product sales through recommendations.
