Job summary

EquipmentShare is seeking a Field Technician (Mechanic) in Menomonee Falls, WI to repair and maintain a range of Pump, Power and HVAC equipment. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on-site or at the shop.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; ability to obtain within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Pump, Power & HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose issues using data from equipment and perform repairs.
• Travel to customer sites for preventive maintenance.
• Train junior technicians when needed.
• Document work orders daily and keep records up to date.
• Assist with parts pickup and delivery.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety standards.
