Job summary

Uptown Rental Properties in the Greater Cincinnati area is seeking a Field Technician to perform interior and exterior property upkeep across multiple sites. This is a full-time, first-shift position that uses a company vehicle to travel between properties.

You will maintain curb appeal and safety, complete work orders with an iPhone-based system, and contribute to resident satisfaction. Valid driver’s license, prior Field Technician or related experience preferred; paid training, uniforms,

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Experience as Field Technician, Porter, or Grounds preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Property & grounds maintenance to high standards across multiple sites.
• Complete daily work orders using an iPhone-based system and report issues.
• Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and materials as needed.
• Respond to emergency weather events to ensure resident safety.
• Address interruptions and unplanned needs and support team goals.
