Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on use. This entry-level role offers training and the chance to progress, increase earnings, and build a long-term career with us.

Earn $22.00/hour with a self-progression plan that includes pay steps and potential bonuses for coursework. Candidates must be able to travel to customer sites and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to and from customer locations, facilities, and other sites as needed.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with basic computers and software; comfortable using hand tools.
• Strong communication, time management, organization, and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
• Educate customers on using services and resolving simple issues.
• Work outdoors and in varied environments to complete tasks.
