Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path for progression within the self-progression program.

Earn $20.50/hour with a plan to grow through the career ladder, including 10% progression increases and bonuses for coursework. Expect outdoor field work, travel to customer sites, and continuous skills development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in various conditions.
