Job summary

Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum, is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path for career progression through our self-progression program, with increasing pay across Technician levels.

You’ll work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and use tools to solve technical issues. Strong communication and reliability are required; experience is not necessary as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel to customer premises and company facilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
