Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician in Marion, Ohio to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path to grow through our self-progression plan.

You will work outdoors, use hand tools, travel to customer sites, and maintain safety. Fluent English, valid driver's license, and reliability are required; compensation starts at $20 per hour with potential to $27.80.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to travel to and from customer sites, company facilities, and other locations.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with computers and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on usage of devices and services.
