Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services at customer sites. You will start with on-the-job training and have a clear path for progression, with pay starting around $20.50/hour and opportunities for increases.

This role involves outdoor work and using hand tools, with a focus on customer education and reliability. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and locations.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency using computers and software applications; capable with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility.
• License: Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Physical: Walk, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in varied conditions.
