Job summary

Spectrum is hiring Field Technicians to install and repair services and educate customers on how to use Spectrum products. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for upward progression in pay and role complexity.

You will travel to various customer sites, work outdoors, and use hand tools while building practical technical skills and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors.
