Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role includes training to help you succeed and the opportunity to progress, increase earnings, and build a long-term career with Spectrum.

As a Field Technician, you will work outdoors, travel to customer premises, use hand tools and computers, and develop relationships with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel (including in inclement weather) to various locations.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
