Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry‑level role includes training and the opportunity to progress, increase earnings and build a long‑term career with Spectrum.

Field Technicians work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and use hand tools and computers. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and reliability are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to and from customer premises and company facilities as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency using computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.
• Driver's license: Valid with a safe driving record per policy.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers in the field.
