Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services while educating customers, in an entry-level role with training and a clear path for progression. You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and advance through levels with increasing pay and opportunities for bonuses.

You will develop problem-solving, communication, and reliability in a dynamic outdoor environment, with on-the-job coaching and growth across spectrum products.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to customer sites and company facilities as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficient with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, time management, organization, reliability.
