Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to and from customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Walk and lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services for customers.
• Educate customers on using Spectrum services and devices.
• Travel to customer locations and other sites as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while performing duties.
