Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician in Wisconsin to install and repair services at customer premises and educate customers on how to use them. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and a clear path for career progression on the Spectrum self-progression plan.

You’ll stay active outdoors, use hand tools and computers, and work with a team to solve daily challenges while delivering reliable connectivity to customers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises and locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on how to use the service and features.
• Operate and work with hand tools in outdoor environments.
