Qualifications

• Travel to customer premises and company facilities as needed.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Proficient with computers and software; able to use hand tools.
• Strong communication, time management, organization and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer sites.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues efficiently.
• Maintain safety and vehicle readiness; adhere to procedures.
