Qualifications

• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility, reliability
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record per standards
• Physical: Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and climbing ladders up to 32 feet
