Job summary
Charter Communications is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services for customers. You will educate customers on usage, work on outdoor jobs, and participate in training and a self-progression program that offers earnings growth and career advancement at Spectrum. The role offers outdoor fieldwork, training, and opportunities to advance from Technician I to IV with pay progression and possible leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises and locations
- Language: Fluent in English
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent with hand tools
- Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards
- Physical: Able to walk varied terrain, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet and work outdoors
