Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services for customers and to educate them on usage. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and a pathway for self-progression and career growth within Spectrum.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and use both hand tools and computer software as part of delivering reliable connectivity across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product use and best practices.
• Work outdoors and travel between locations, following safety procedures.
