Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services at customer sites. You will educate customers on how to use services and work outdoors in a dynamic environment, building relationships with customers and colleagues.

This entry-level role includes training and the opportunity to progress with a self-progression plan, earning increases for each progression level and potential bonuses for coursework.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• License: Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders; work outdoors in various conditions.
