Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role includes on-the-job training, with a path to higher pay through our self-progression program and potential certifications.

Earn $20.50/hour from day one, with avenues for advancement to Field Technician IV and bonus payments for coursework. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software; competent with hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record per company standards.
• Physical: Able to walk varying terrains, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
