Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training with a pathway for progression and higher earnings through our self-progression program.

Earn $24.00/hour with opportunities to advance to higher Technician levels, plus perks including broadband services and a long-term career with Spectrum. You’ll work outdoors, stay active, and help keep customers connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from customer premises and company facilities as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with computers and software applications; competent with hand tools.
• Abilites: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Driver’s license with safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on use of services.
• Perform fieldwork outdoors in varied environments.
