Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry‑level role includes training and the opportunity to progress, increasing earnings through a self‑progression plan and potential certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to customer premises and company locations as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization and reliability.
• License: Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers.
• Educate customers on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Work outdoors and travel to various locations as required.
• Operate company vehicle and use hand tools to complete tasks.
