Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician in Colorado to install and repair services and educate customers on usage. This entry-level role includes training and a path for career growth through our self-progression plan, with increases at progression levels and bonuses for completing coursework.

You’ll travel to customer premises, work outdoors, and learn to troubleshoot technical challenges while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to and from assigned locations, including during inclement weather.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications; comfortable with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services for customers.
• Educate customers on how to use their Spectrum products.
• Work outdoors with hand tools and equipment in various environments.
• Maintain safety and professionalism; manage time and organization effectively.
