Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools.
• Abilites: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Physical: Ability to perform field duties including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while performing field work.
