Job summary

You will use a smartphone to report data, communicate via email, and complete tasks like inventory, photography of equipment, and signage updates.

Qualifications

• Must work independently and responsibly.
• Must have a smartphone and email proficiency.
• Capable of bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
• Excellent English communication via email/phone.
• Must provide own transportation for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dispensing cabinet sinks and surfaces; sterilize nozzles and handles; conduct water taste tests.
• Record meter readings and pressure data during visits; email data within 24 hours.
• Report maintenance or technical issues observed during visits to appropriate channels.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and store management; address concerns professionally.
• Periodically replenish brochures, replace signage, and inventory supplies.
• Capture photographs of equipment for documentation during service visits.
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks to support operations and customer satisfaction.
