A leading company in heavy equipment is seeking a technician responsible for repairing construction machines. This role involves diagnosing issues, ordering parts, and maintaining equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably an associate degree in a related field.

This position is responsible for repairing construction machines, component assemblies, and parts in the shop and field. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, ordering parts, writing technical reports, warranty reporting, maintaining company assets, and effective communication with team members.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. An Associate Degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology or four (4) years of apprenticeship experience is preferred. Technician classification depends on experience, knowledge, and competence.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands for handling and feeling. Also required are reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
Work frequently involves exposure to wet/humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. Occasionally, employees encounter fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather, extreme temperatures, and vibration. Noise levels are moderate to loud.
