Republic Drill Co. LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Technician / Mechanic for the Northeast U.S. to service and maintain our drilling fleets on customer sites.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems in the field, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. The role offers substantial travel (1–3 nights per week in some months), a mentorship-focused culture, and full-time employment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in industrial or heavy equipment maintenance required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.

• You have largequalitycollection of tools for performing repairs
• You think for yourself. We likethat! You use your judgment, knowledge, and experience to solve everydayproblems and make decisions. You’re capable enough not to need permissionor direction at every fork in the road, but you’re also willing to consultwith others when their informed input is needed.
• You enjoy working outdoors andgetting to travel for work (1-3 nights a week on some months and local /shop work on others)
• You’ve earned a high schooldiploma or GED and
• Have a current valid driver’slicense
