Pape' Material Handling, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Field Technician to diagnose and repair material handling equipment at customer sites. You will travel in a fully equipped service vehicle, interact with customers, and ensure peak uptime while delivering top-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience, strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Tools provided by you and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in material handling.
• Moderate computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word, and familiarity with diagnostic laptops.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair material handling equipment at customer sites to maximize uptime.
• Travel within the area in a fully equipped Pape' service vehicle and perform quality service.
• Interact with customers and ensure they can count on you to complete the job right.
