Our team of experts specializes in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, and we are looking for a skilled field technician to join our growing family.

Job Description:
As a Crew Member, you will observe at first, and then will start performing tasks and assisting the team of Technician's with hands-on work, eventually learning to perform jobs independently. You will assist in the rehabilitation of pipelines through CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) lining. Enjoy variety in your day with installations ranging from small residential projects to large commercial projects. This is a full-time position that requires dedication. We are looking to hire someone that has a background in "Hands-On" work. She/he must be able to work with others. S/He will be responsible for Installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes and fixtures associated with sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and operation of construction equipment.
  • Support project teams in various tasks on construction sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Service customer's residential & commercial issues
  • Setup & break down necessary equipment needed to perform jobs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Travel to job sites in service area (in company vehicle), and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
  • Meet or exceed performance standards
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company issued service vehicle
  • Take direction from Lead Technician in proper procedure of installation of tasks at hand
  • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, or caulking.

Qualifications:

  • Background in hands-on work, preferably in construction or a related field
  • Have a clean, friendly, and professional appearance
  • Ability to work well with others and learn from team members
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Valid Clean Driver's License
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds
