Job summary

Airebeam, a fast-growing internet service provider in Arizona, seeks an Entry Level Field Technician to install and service wireless and fiber connections in the Phoenix area (Maricopa, Pinal counties). This full-time role requires a High School diploma and daytime shifts, with the ability to work outside of an office.

You will climb ladders and rooftops, interact professionally with customers, and travel to assigned neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Must live in Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction or Tempe
• Must have a valid driver's license
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work from ladders and rooftops

Responsibilities

• Install and service wireless and fiber connections at customer sites
• Interact professionally with customers and maintain a positive demeanor
• Work outdoors, often from ladders or rooftops
• Travel to job sites in the Maricopa and Pinal Counties
• Support a fast-growing ISP in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities

Applicant must be comfortable working from a ladder and on roof tops. Similar activities such as lifting and carrying are required. We are looking for people who are reliable, trustworthy and team players. Must be personable and have the ability to interact professionally and positively with customers.
