Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an RVA CLS Field Technician 3 in Cheyenne, WY. The role supports the Minuteman III Wing with inspecting, maintaining and repairing missile field systems while traveling to remote sites as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma with relevant experience, a valid CDL/Class B, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Expect lifting, climbing and safety-focused work with a 5/40 schedule.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 4 years additional related experience.
• Ability to climb ladders, poles, towers and work at heights.
• Valid current driver's license and ability to operate large vehicles.
• Comply with safety and security policies while on-site or in the field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair system equipment at the Missile Field location.
• Assist with installation of program upgrades and system testing.
• Support performance tracking and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Maintain certification to operate special purpose vehicles up to Class B.
• Travel to remote sites as required and work shifts as assigned.
