Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Service Mechanic in Colorado Springs, CO. This role requires 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair of construction equipment, including electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems.

You must own the necessary tools and have or obtain a DOT medical card. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with overtime based on business needs, and pay starts at $31–$40 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mechanical experience troubleshooting and repairing construction equipment.
• Experience in electrical, hydraulic and diesel engine repairs.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment (not just preventative maintenance).
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Must own the tools needed to perform the job.
• A DOT medical card is required or a path to obtain one.
