Job summary

Rain for Rent in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial sites. You will represent the company with customers, ensure safety and quality, and support field operations on challenging liquid handling projects.

You will read work orders, choose components, load and unload materials, inspect tools and equipment, perform testing and commissioning, and collaborate with teammates to complete

Qualifications

• Ability to read work orders and determine material needs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine assignments and material needs.
• Select pipe sizes and related materials according to specifications.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools and machinery.
• Inspect equipment, vehicles, and tools for safety and functionality.
• Track and maintain company tools and supplies; report damaged items.
