Rain for Rent in the United States is seeking a Field Technician II to lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe, pumps, and related equipment for agricultural or industrial worksites. You will positively represent the company and maintain good relations with customers.

The role involves reading work orders, selecting pipes, loading and unloading materials, inspecting equipment for safety, and ensuring customer satisfaction before leaving the site. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler.
• Able to read a map and calculate distances.
• Motivated, a team player, safety-oriented, and have a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment with appropriate tools, machinery, and other equipment according to specifications.
• Inspect equipment, company vehicles, and tools for safety and functionality prior to travel to customer sites.
• Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment according to project specifications.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction prior to leaving jobsite.
