The role involves driving to client sites, collecting samples, and delivering them to the laboratory while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma.
• Two years of related experience.
• Familiarity with automated sampling techniques and general sanitation and sample handling.
• Ability to set up and remove sampling equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Above average attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle and observe safety protocols and laws.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to drive to client locations for sample collection and delivery to the lab.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand and maintaining safe driving.
• Collect environmental samples and pick up previously collected samples for lab submission.
• Perform field analysis related to sampling protocol (pH, temperature, flow).
• Maintain sample collection equipment and lab instrumentation.
• Keep accurate logs and documentation, including chain-of-custody.
