Base pay range

$42.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Payrate: $42.00- $45.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test wireless network equipment, including access points, antennas, repeaters, base stations, cell site routers and microwave links.
• Implement network configurations based on project specifications and engineering designs.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving them efficiently to minimize turn up time.
• Collaborate with Network Operations Center (NOC) personnel to troubleshoot network problems as needed.
• Site Surveys & Assessments:
• Conduct site surveys to assess signal strength, coverage, and potential interference issues.
• Utilize specialized tools and software to collect and analyze RF data as directed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and integration activities
• Document network configurations and changes.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols when working on wireless network equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Payrate: $42.00- $45.00/hr.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of wireless technologies e.g., LTE and 5G
• Familiarity with backhaul transport network protocols and architectures e.g. EBH, Nokia, Dark Fiber and Lit circuits.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in wireless networking are a plus.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $45.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
