Job summary

Intertek-PSI in Westminster, CO is seeking an Engineering Field Technician I to perform testing and site observations in the A/E/C sector. You will operate testing equipment, reference drawings and specifications, and document results under supervision.

Preferred candidates have some construction experience and a valid driver’s license; certifications such as ACI, ICC, PTI, WAQTC are valued. This on-site role offers benefits and growth within Intertek.

Qualifications

• Some construction industry experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
• Travel up to 25% of the time may be required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs frequently; >50 lbs with assistance.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate testing equipment and conduct testing; report results.
• Use drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
• Make detailed observations of site activities; limited interpretation of results.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data from test results.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications: ACI ICC PTI WAQTC
