Description

The Field Technician I is an entry level field position responsible for supporting audiovisual installation projects by assisting with basic installation tasks, material handling, cabling support, and jobsite preparation while learning company installation standards, safety requirements, and core AV skills. This role works under the direct supervision of Senior Field Technicians and Field Foremen and is focused on skill development, reliability, and the safe execution of assigned work. The Field Technician I is not expected to work independently, and all tasks are performed under direction.
