Job summary

Mobile-Environmental-Analytical- is seeking a field-oriented technician to perform field tasks under direct onsite supervision from the Field Operations Manager and Project Managers. Responsibilities include collecting water samples and decontaminating equipment.

This role requires at least 90% field time, a clean driving record, and 40-hour HAZWOPER with an annual refresher. Overnight work and off-hours may be required, with minimal office time for timesheets.

Qualifications

• 90% field time required.
• 0–1 year of job knowledge preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER with annual 8-hour refresher.

Execute a variety of field tasks and activities under direct onsite supervision from more experienced
employees, Field Operations Manager, and/or Project Managers. Responsibilities may include but
are not limited to:

• Able to collect ground water samples/surface water samples.
• Able to prepare, stage, and decontaminate equipment.
• Available for off work hours and overnight work when needed.
• Able to assist with preclears.
• Able to assist with site surveys.

Position requires at least 90% field time. Minimal office time is required for entering daily
timesheets and meeting with Field Operations Manager and Project Managers for direction of daily
field tasks and activities. 0 to 1 year of job knowledge required. Driver’s license with clean driving
