Aeroseal is seeking a Field Technician to serve Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas in OH. The role reports to the Project Manager and Branch Manager, with pay in the $21–$22 per hour range and eligible for bonuses and benefits.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check including drug screening. Example duties include site prep, equipment handling, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; new graduates welcome.
• Must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the home (job site) for AeroBarrier services in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Assist in unloading and loading equipment for each job site.
• Complete daily Equipment Check and Vehicle Inspection forms.
• Follow safety policies and use protective equipment as required.
• Represent Aeroseal professionally to clients, vendors, and partners.
