The ideal candidate will have heavy equipment field service experience, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and proficiency in using computerized diagnostic tools. Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment field service is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Experience with computerized diagnostic tools is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment in various field locations.
• Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions in drilling equipment.
• Keep records of parts on order and completed repairs.
• Perform work mostly outdoors at customer locations.
• Travel overnight as required for the job.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in various field locations. Your expertise will ensure seamless connectivity and reliable service for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Heavy equipment field service experience.
• Ability to communicate with the customer about needed service repairs and then perform the repairs.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and identify malfunctions in the drill.
• The ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Work performed at customer locations, most of the time outdoors.
• Keep detailed records of parts that are on order and service repairs that have been completed.
• Some overnight travel would be required.
• We are a dealer for Epiroc crawler drills.
